What type of IT Support is offered in the Subscriptions?
The type of services can include resolving electronic device that are: not starting, frozen, displays an error message, slow, contains viruses/spyware, hardware failures, computer peripherals (Mouse, Webcam, Printer, etc) not working, internet problems, and a whole lot more.
Will your services be in person or remote?
It depends on the type or work needing to be done. Anything software related can be done remotely. Anything that is hardware related, needs to be done in person. Depending on the problem with the hardware and/or location of client, our support might not be included.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime for any reason. If you have the monthly subscription, it is good for the remaining of that month. With yearly, it is good for that whole year.
